Damian has spent over 10 years of full time study in Building and he has the following qualifications.,

-Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Technology (Uni SA)., -Diploma in Built Enviroment (Uni SA)

-Licensed General Builder., - Graduate Diploma in Property (Uni SA)., - Fire audits in Building.

Having the above knowledge gives Damian both a strong practical and a theoretical knowledge of building.

Our building reports are emailed to you within 24 hours and the written report is written in accordance with the Australian Standard AS 4349 for inspections.

Our prices start at $290-00 plus GST and a typical house building prepruchase inspection costs between $ $340 and $400-00 plus GST.

We are available at short notice and will travel to all metropolitan suburbs in Adelaide.
